Custom-Made Products: All our products are made-to-order with attention to detail. Please allow 1-3 business days for the creation of your unique order.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Shipping Method: We exclusively use USPS Ground shipping for all orders due to the nature of our products.

Shipping Duration: After fulfillment, your order will be shipped via USPS Ground, and delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location.

Tracking Information: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment.

Sale Event Shipping Times: During sale events, processing and shipping times may be extended. Please refer to the specific sale event details for any adjustments to the standard shipping times.
Return / Exchange:
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on fragrances.
Damaged Goods:
If the product shows a manufacturers defect or broke during the shipping process. Please email hi@oristudios.co within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged items. We’re happy to replace damaged or broken items. Any Ori Studios products purchased at retail locations, please contact the retailer directly for their return policies and procedures. You may not sell or resell any of the products you receive from
We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.
- After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Orders vary in processing time. Check our product listings to review our delivery windows page for information on shipping status.
- Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase.
- Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.
- Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days once the package is picked up, but delays from the courier can happen.
- We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
- Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.
